Go Skateboarding Day Kabul

Skateistan has an exciting Go Skateboarding Day planned for Kabul this Thursday, the only event of its kind in Afghanistan. At 9am the kids of Skateistan will take to the streets, doing a loop around the Afghan National Olympic Committee grounds. Young participants will celebrate the day by wearing  traditional clothing as they represent the Afghan skate scene to the world: shalwar camases for boys and brightly coloured celebration clothes for the girls.
