Peninsula Playground

We are pleased to present Peninsula Playground, a video by Phoenix Jurgens for Leaf Apparel & Baseline Skate Shop, starring talented young Cape Town residents Alex Williams & Ethan Cairns, who you may remember from the Vans video Briberies, released earlier this year, and our accompanying Feature of the same name, which included interviews with both.

Peninsula Playground was filmed exclusively in the southern peninsula of Cape Town, a location characterised by the mountainous remains of aged, resilient sandstone formations from a mainly rocky coastline with embayed beaches, deposited unconformably on an ancient underlying granite peneplain.
